Casa Via Palma would like you to know that our aim is to make your shopping experience as simple as possible. 

We offer a variety of shipping options via USPS and UPS depending on the products ordered and the shipping destination.  Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.   Orders are usually processed for shipping within 3 business days if the item is in stock. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Made to Order

Made to Order pieces are custom crafted. The production time may vary. Please refer to the estimated ship date on the product page. All Made to Order products are Final Sale and non-returnable.

CUSTOMS DUTY TAXES:

The purchase price of the products shown on Casaviapalma.com website and relevant delivery costs do NOT include the amount of any customs duty taxes ("Customs Duties") that may apply to products to be delivered in a country outside of the United States. These Customs Duties shall be borne exclusively by the customer.

Since Casaviapalma.com is not able to determine in advance the Customs Duties that may apply in each Country of destination before completing the purchase we invite clients to make contact with the customs authorities of the delivery Country in order to (i) verify the amount of any Custom Duties that may apply to the products and (ii) ascertain the payment method available to client in order to pay such Customs Duties.

Note regarding Holiday Deliveries:

Shop early to ensure holiday delivery.  Shipping carriers anticipate high volumes and possible delays.  The estimated delivery timeframes noted above are based upon the carriers’ estimated transit times.
